This fun 60-minute class focuses on light cardio, stretching, range of motion & gentle strength building exercises. Please feel free to bring light hand weights or resistance bands to enhance your exercises.
Chair Exercise is great for everyone, especially seniors, those with mobility challenges & those easing into a new fitness routine.
Ages 16 & up please.
No residency or registration required.
